Selected work
Nine documented interventions across four sites on the Costa del Sol. Each one records what was built, with what materials, and what had to be solved.
QSJ — the full villa

A basement turned into a private wellness floor
An obsolete basement in a Marbella villa, rebuilt as a complete leisure and wellness floor: soundproofed cinema, spa with jacuzzi and steam shower, sauna, bar and wine room, gym, yoga room and playroom. Realta executed the entire build to Pedro Peña's design.

Six bathrooms, one continuous surface
Six bathrooms in a Marbella villa, stripped back and rebuilt around large-format Calacatta porcelain. Curved vanities and totem basins were fabricated on site from the same slabs as the walls, so the stone pattern runs uninterrupted from floor to ceiling.

The house above the basement
The same Marbella villa, above ground. Living rooms, dining room and bedrooms rebuilt to the same standard as the wellness floor below, so that the house reads as one continuous project rather than a renovated basement inside an older building.

Envelope and technical finishes

Two villas, La Cerquilla
Two luxury villas in La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucía. Realta executed the complete technical envelope of both: ceilings, linings, insulation, renders, plaster and the laying of floors and cladding. This is the work that never appears in a photograph and determines whether everything that follows lines up.

Villa Montua
A private villa in Marbella, executed to the same technical standard as La Cerquilla: complete envelope, suspended ceilings, technical linings, plaster and finishes, with kitchen and bathrooms fitted out to the owner's specification.
