Collaborations
We build what architects draw
Realta executes the work of architecture and interior design studios on the Costa del Sol. We do not design. We make sure that what was drawn is what gets built, at the tolerance the drawing implies.
Open to every studio. Tied to none.
We work with the architects and interior design studios our clients choose — and we keep that list open on purpose. No exclusivity agreements, no preferred partner, no studio we are obliged to recommend. If you have a designer, we execute their drawing. If you don't, we can put you in front of several of the best on the coast and step back while you decide.
Either way the first step is the same: a conversation about the plot or the house.

One of the coast's most established design studios
Studio named on requestPedro Peña · Interior Design
The basement and the six bathrooms of a villa in Nueva Andalucía were drawn by one of the best-known interior design studios on the Costa del Sol. Realta executed both: acoustic isolation, stone, joinery, lighting and climate. The mitres, the curves, the continuous veining and the junctions are the execution.
Personalised attention and genuine after-sales support.
Materials
Specify anything. We will source it.
A drawing is only as good as what arrives on site. These are brands we have specified, installed and stood behind on completed luxury projects — not a catalogue, and not a limit. If a studio specifies something else, we find it, price it and bring it in.

Stone has no brand name
Marble, quartzite and natural stone are not specified by manufacturer — there are endless subtypes and no two blocks share a figure. They are chosen slab by slab, at the quarry or the yard, with the studio present. That selection is part of the work, and it is why continuous veining across six bathrooms is an execution question, not a purchase order.
Sourced from anywhere
Italian porcelain, German sanitaryware, Belgian control plates, a quarry in Iran or Brazil — we handle import, lead times, customs and the site sequencing that depends on them. A material three months out is a programme problem, and it is ours to solve, not the studio's.

For studios
One point of contact. One party answerable for the result.
If you are designing a house on the Costa del Sol and need it built as drawn, we work as principal contractor with our own trades in every discipline — no subcontract chain between your drawing and the finished junction.
