Where we build

Nueva Andalucía

Contemporary villas in the Golf Valley. Where we built both villas at La Cerquilla.

About this area

Nueva Andalucía is the Golf Valley: contemporary villas on plots that are easier to reach than La Zagaleta, but still subject to community rules, golf-side neighbours and a finish standard that does not forgive an uneven floor. This is where Realta executed the complete technical envelope of both villas at La Cerquilla — ceilings, linings, insulation, renders, plaster, floors and cladding. That is the work that never appears in a photograph and determines whether everything that follows lines up. We do not describe this zone as a rental-investment product. The houses we build and renovate here are private residences. Las Brisas and Aloha sit in the same valley: contemporary programmes, large glazing, and clients who expect a principal contractor, not a chain of subcontractors. Ground conditions are generally less extreme than the mountain estates, but the logistics are still those of a finished urbanisation: restricted hours, tight streets, and materials that have to arrive in sequence. Our own trades — structure through stone and joinery — stay on the job so clashes between electrics, climate and large-format porcelain are resolved by people who already know the house. Each area on the Costa del Sol carries its own building regulations and access constraints. In Nueva Andalucía the specific demand is contemporary construction at a golf-valley density, executed to the same standard we hold in La Zagaleta, without dressing the copy as an asset class.

WordPress once sold this valley as “villas optimized for rental investment.” That language belongs on /investors/, not here. The fact that matters is La Cerquilla: two villas whose technical envelope we built ourselves.
