The technical challenge
MODERN ARCHITECTURE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ERROR.
Contemporary architecture with clean lines is unforgiving: any millimetric deviation ruins the final design. The challenge is not decorating, but building a perfect geometric base.
We needed to execute more than 390m² of false ceilings and walls with absolute planimetry. This level of precision is vital for our collaboration service with interior designers. The precision in joints and edges allowed subsequent carpentry phases to be executed without a single setback. We call this ‘invisible luxury’.
Invisible Engineering
- 01Acoustic Engineering
Implementation of a comprehensive "Mass-Spring-Mass" system using ACUSTIDAN, ROCDAN, and M.A.D.4 membranes. This created a "floating box" for the cinema, completely decoupling it from the structure to prevent vibration transmission.
- 02Wet Room Mastery
Construction of a custom-built jacuzzi and steam room with multi-layer technical waterproofing. We ensured zero leakage risks in a subterranean environment before applying the delicate handcrafted Zellige finish.
- 03HVAC Integration
Installation of 5 independent ducted AC units with AIRZONE linear grilles. The entire system was hidden within bespoke lighting coves to maintain aesthetic purity while managing the complex climate demands of a spa and cinema.
